The Professional Football Scouts Association is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2010 by Premier League Scouts. The PFSA aims to liaise with all governing bodies Worldwide and professional/non-professional leagues on behalf of all member scouts promoting best practice and to provide representation and support to talent identification professionals, Worldwide.the PFSA work with many overseas governing bodies including the MLS in the USA, including leading heads of scouting and general managers of many eastern and western conference teams as well as delivering courses in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
